InferSports is in public beta, so these policies may change; material updates are noted on the changelog. The service is read-only and informational — it does not place bets and is not betting, financial, or legal advice.
These terms govern your use of the InferSports API and developer platform. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
1. The service
InferSports provides a read-only REST API for live Asian-bookmaker and Pinnacle odds (football and basketball; Asian handicap, totals and 1x2; full-time and half-time). The API reports odds data only. It is not a betting, wagering, or order-execution service, and we never place, broker, or settle bets on your behalf.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and use one key per environment. We may revoke keys that are abused or shared.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including its limits on scraping, resale, rate-limit circumvention, and unlawful use.
4. Plans, tiers & rate limits
Each plan defines coverage, request rate, and freshness, as described on the pricing page. Requests beyond your tier's limit receive 429 responses with rate-limit headers. We may adjust limits to protect the service.
5. Data accuracy & "as is"
Odds originate from upstream bookmakers and are provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Markets move quickly; you are responsible for how you use the data. InferSports is not liable for losses arising from reliance on it.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live status is on the status page.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the AUP.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on the changelog. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
